My name is Garry, I'm a qualified Pilates instructor based in East London. I've been a dedicated fan to Pilates since I attended my first class. I made it my personal mission to learn, teach and share my love with others.
I'm a big believer in the Pilates method and its multiple benefits.

Taking part in regular classes can not only improves your flexibility but also increases your muscle strength and tone. The practice of Pilates focus's on strengthening your core, improving posture and stability of the spine, it's also great for stress management and relaxation.

My classes are fun, friendly, full of both aerobic and non aerobic exercises that require concentration and focus. I will be on hand to guide you through a precise range of motions targeting all muscle groups, each specific movement with its own rhythm and breathing pattern.

A session typically last between 45 to 60 minutes and encompasses a full warm up and cool down.
